Shipping Policy

Everything about how your LURE order is processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. If anything's unclear, reach out — we'd rather answer before you order than after.

Order Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on a weekend, or on a holiday begin processing the next business day.

During launches, promotions, and peak periods, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a meaningful delay, we'll email you. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on Every Order

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders — no minimum, no code required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address. If we ever offer an expedited option, its cost and timeline appear at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Estimates & Carriers

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We ship via trusted carriers including USPS and UPS, and select the carrier that best fits your destination.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times are controlled by the carrier and can be affected by weather, holidays, and volume. Processing time (Section 01) is separate from and in addition to carrier transit time.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to show movement. If it hasn't updated after several business days, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including most U.S. territories. We may not be able to ship to certain P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations for every order; if there's an issue with your address, we'll reach out.

Address Accuracy

Double-Check Your Address

You are responsible for entering a complete, correct shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as you provide it.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can't offer a free replacement, and reshipment may require you to cover reshipping costs. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — before your order ships — and we'll fix it if we still can.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

Once It Ships, the Carrier Has It

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of your order. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit, or marked delivered by the carrier but not located at your address.

That said, we want you taken care of. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll help you open a carrier claim and work toward a fair resolution.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review and make it right with a replacement or refund where warranted.

For a missing or stolen package marked delivered, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can assist with a claim.

Failed & Returned Deliveries

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or an unclaimed shipment — we'll contact you once it arrives back. You can choose a reshipment (reshipping cost may apply, see Section 06) or a refund for the returned items, less any non-refundable shipping costs we incurred.

Taxes

U.S. sales tax, where applicable, is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay. There are no hidden fees added after purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We move fast to get orders out, so the window to change or cancel is short. Email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to change it. For anything that's already arrived, see our Refund Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
